Dr Abhishek Shinde completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Aurangabad, securing the top 10% ranks each year. He earned a Diploma in Orthopaedics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Mumbai, and a DNB in Orthopaedics from P.D. Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai, passing all exams in the first attempt. He further specialized in Adult Reconstruction Surgery during a fellowship at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore.

Dr. Shinde has been recognized for his contributions to orthopaedic surgery, receiving the My FM Excellence Award in Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery in 2018. He has also been awarded a scholarship from the B-Braun Medical Trust Foundation for outstanding achievement in postgraduate medical studies in 2012.

Dr. Shinde has served as the Director and Chief of Orthopaedics and Joint Replacement at Carewell Superspeciality Hospital, Aurangabad, since June 2017. He has performed over 1500 surgeries, including complex trauma and joint replacements. He has held positions at various esteemed institutions, including MGM Medical College and Apex Superspeciality Hospital. His fellowship in Singapore involved advanced procedures like computer-navigated joint replacements and arthroscopy.
